      My son and I hired this attorney to represent him for a flat fee of $2500.00. My son spoke with him once, to which he told my son he would be getting ahold of me that morning to make arrangements to give me the *** forms I needed to handle my sons affairs. That was a week ago. He didnt. I havent heard from this man since paying him the money promptly over a week ago. I have emailed him several times and called, only to be ignored. My sons hearing is coming up in 2.5 weeks give or take, and we have no more time to wait around for someone who treats their clients in this fashion. He gave me his word that he would be helping my son, and he broke that commitment.Further research of this man reveals Im not the only one hes treated this way. I would like and have requested a full refund promptly so we can seek counsel else where.

      I met with ***** at the Gem County jail.  I notified the Commission of Pardons and ****** that I represent him with respect to the alleged parole violations.  I have requested information from the Commission regarding the alleged violations, including the full report of violation, and the name of the hearing officer assigned to the case.  I'm waiting to hear back from the Commission.

      I apologize for not getting back to ***** in a more timely manner.
