    On February 8, 2025, my husband and I agreed to purchase a Bosso lighting system from *** ******* and paid a 50% deposit of $2,337.50. The system was installed on February 12. From the beginning, it failed to function reliablylights turned on randomly, and the red power light and app indicated frequent system failures.Technician ***** came out multiple times, replaced the controller twice, added a WiFi extender, and recommended checking for electrical interference. We hired a licensed electrician ($293) who found no issues but noted the Bosso box was overheating. At Tylers suggestion, we paid $640 for a dedicated circuit. Despite this, the system continued to fail.On June 5, technician ****** identified installation-related problems and corrected them, but the system failed again within 48 hours. Ive documented the failures with photos, videos, and texts. Repeated requests for contact info for the company went unanswered until a friendwho originally referred usprovided it. That friend has since chosen another provider after seeing our experience.On June 7, I was told a reinstall was approved. No follow-up has occurred since. A certified letter was sent to Bosso Lights in Boise on June 27, 2025, but no response was received. After four months of inconvenience and added expenses, I hired another provider to remove the system. I am requesting:Removal of all Bosso equipment A full refund of our $2,337.50 deposit Reimbursement of $933 for related electrical work Total requested: $3,270.50. Please arrange pickup and issue payment by July 3, 2025. If unresolved, I will pursue legal options and share our experience to inform other potential customers. I hope this can be resolved promptly and professionally.

    Dear BBB, 

    Thank you very much for your support in helping us come to a resolution with Bosso Lights Boise. Because of your ability to encourage resolutions between consumers and businesses I received a call from "Junior" one of the owners and he refunded our initial despot of $2,337.50. He did ask that I sign an agreement to let you know that this was resolved. He also asked that I update the ****** review to "resolved".
