I do not recommend using this company. ****, a customer service **** will give false promises. You will not be able to speak to anyone in management if there are any concerns, because they refuse to get on the phone. To avoid all headache, go with another company. There is a reason why they can't keep employees.

We did conduct a thorough investigation which, contrary to what is stated here, revealed that all of the owners, general counsel, and the general manager were involved in trying to understand and remedy this customer's concerns. This highlights the difficulty we had in addressing this customer's problem. The truth is our highest level of management/executives were handling the concerns and taking them seriously. Yet, this customer is brazen enough to state management would not get on the phone, despite knowing there was proof otherwise. We pride ourselves on our treatment of our clients, but there is not much we can do when we are looking at a blue sky, and they are saying it is orange.
No client knows whether or not we have employee retention issues (we don't). We did discover in the course of doing this investigation that this client was speaking to a disgruntled employee who had been fired for cause (not the best source of information, but also not relevant to the complaint). To resort to mudslinging, rather than focusing on the issue at hand (if in fact there was one), reveals far more about this author's intentions than about the "false promises" being complained of.
The way our service works is commission based. If this client (or any client) is not happy with the loan offers we get them, they are under no obligation to take the loan. They can simply decline the loan options and owe us absolutely nothing. In this case, the client accepted the loan, knowing a commission fee would be owed on it. And after accepting the loan proceeds on a loan we assisted with, starting voicing concerns about it, triangulating between an ex-employee and a current one, and threw every excuse at the wall to get out of paying the fee. We were unable to substantiate any of the complaints, but ultimately discounted the fee by over 20%.
We understand that there's 2 sides to every story and apologize for any frustrations they had with the service. We wish them well.
