    I purchased the following items from 2A via Primary Arms:2A Armament Palouse-Lite AR-15 Forged Upper Receiver 2A-FU15-1 2A Armament Lightweight Adjustable 5.56/300 AR-15 ****************** (2A-LWBCG-A)These are high-end, light-weight gun parts. I'm having trouble with the bolt closing on the first round and with cycling issues. I contacted Primary Arms, who then was not able to contact 2A. So I tried emailing, filing a support request & calling 2A myself for a couple of weeks straight. I have gotten zero responses from 2A; no contact at all. Totally ignoring me. Ironically, my issue might not be their products at all, but I'm still not sure (after examination, range time, replacing the buffer spring, buffer itself, swapping out the bolt, swapping the ammo etc ..)Unfortunately, the lack of response from 2A has lowered my confidence in them; if they they would just respond it would boost my opinion.My number is ************ please call me. - **** PS - I don't want to file a complaint, but I might since these products should have a *************** ask for a contact on their web site.
