    On Jan. 2nd 2025 I sent 2 packages, one package to ******, 2nd package to ******, **********. My package to ******, was delivered on time, as stated on my receipt. The package to ****** is still not there. My receipt says "Expected Delivery Date Mon 6 Jan EOD". This package was VERY IMPORTANT and had to be delivered on the date of Jan. 6th 2024. I tracked the package with the tracking number, and it went to ******** first?! Why? ********** is 8 hours away! I called *** and they said that its "procedure that all packages go to ******** first...." That is a lie. Not true. I then asked to speak to a Manager and they hung up on me 2x! They charged me $30 to ship a 7x7x7, 1 lb. 4 oz. Box. They over charged me. *** purposely charged me more money to go a longer route. *** never told me it was going the opposite direction, that cost more money. I have sent many packages to ********** and it's never ever went to ******** first. That doesn't make any sense. *** deceived me. And every *** agent I talked to Lied. Tell me how that makes sense to send a tiny package to ********, just go back to ******, **********??? My Israel shipment was delivered on time, within a week. I want my money back that *** over charged me. And I want answers to why they sent my package to ******** first? Do not tell me it's procedure. Don't lie. Be an adult. Act *************** I said, this package was very important and should have been taken seriously. If you messed up, then own it, and admit it. Don't feed me lies.

    We contacted the customer and have issued a refund. After speaking with the customer, we feel we were able to resolve the issue at hand.
