    I have 1581 reward points I had been storing up. I was purposefully buying from *** to build up points and I was saving the points for when I wanted to make a big order. I have spent thousands of dollars with them. Last Monday I went to make a big order ... and I was able to redeem the points ($75 off).. however, my desired delivery date was a couple of days short... so I need to wait a few days for it to be available. Come Friday I made an attempt... and it wouldn't let me redeem anymore because they are seemingly replacing their rewards program. I reached out to their customer service, and they basically said tough luck. Had to wait for their website to be revamped... with no estimates on explanation. No my order from my planned BBQ is in doubt... even though I was planning ahead. Should have honored their rewards or worked with me on a solution. Not an honest way of doing business. Could have easily just given me a coupon code with how much rewards they owe.

    Ordered steaks from Snake River Farms as a gift for someone. Their address is ***********************************************************************. Their system changed the address to *********************************************************************. This does happen from time to time with *********** being so close to ********** but normally its an easy fix. My package was almost $200 worth of steaks, I contacted snake river farms and they stated that since the address said *********** and not *********** there was nothing they could do. I advised their online system which will use i guess the correct address from what you type in pulled **********. They offered to have me pay for a new order 50/50 but that is not anywhere close to fair. I have ordered from here multiple times and had multiple shipping issues even to my own house. Its shady business practices to try and get more money out of people.
