    I prepaid for services (facial plus laser) package in amount of $450 for three sessions.

    I used two of these sessions and scheduled an appointment with owner ******* ******* by texting her (which is how I have always scheduled my appointments).

    I set up a third appointment by texting her again- the date of service was suppose to be Feb 24 2025 at 12pm.

    I arrived at the location and waited- another business owner was there and suggested I text ******* as she wasn’t there. I texted and waited over 30 minutes and then left.

    Initially I tried to reschedule but when I asked her availability it took her two days to respond and that was after multiple prompt/texts from me.

    At that point I realized scheduling and dependability of her showing up to appointment may be an issue and I asked for my money back.

    When I was at office waiting for my scheduled appointment the other woman that owned a business in same suite apologized and told me this has happened multiple times to other clients of ********.

    (It had infact happened to me one other time when working with her years ago…)

    I very much enjoyed working with ******* and enjoyed supporting her business but at the point of missing appointments, not responding to texts, and then her texts became rather unprofessional- continuing to work with her made me uncomfortable and I would like my money back for the unused treatment.


    I will provide the texted communication between her and myself in this complaint as well.

    I have waited almost a month on this claim and have not received a refund and she has not reached out in anyway to provide this-nor has there been a credit to my credit card.
