    My experience with this dog groomer (******) was very bad. I have taken my long haired dog (sheepadoodle) to other groomers and they have always done a fine job. I decided to try a mobile groomer and i called Twilight Training and Grooming. She was done with a full wash service in less than an hour. The first thing I noticed when I got my dog back was how awfully choppy and uneven her fur was. After further inspection, I noticed her fur did not look or smell clean at all, her nails where not properly trimmed, her paws still had traces of dirt and green grass stains, she was full of matts under her legs and her fur was 4 inches shorter, when I had asked the groomer to only cut 1 inch off. My dogs fur felt dirty and it looked like the groomer did not do a wet wash but instead used dry shampoo to try and clean her up a bit. It was such a bad job that I had to wash, demat the undercoat and trim my dogs nails on my own. When I called the groomer to express to her how unsatisfied I was with the job and that I wanted a refund she did not answer. So I left her a voice mail. She never gave me a call back but instead proceeded to communicate only through texts. She showed no interest in wanting to make things right or any humbleness and took no accountability for her bad job. After I had told her I did not want any further services from her, she still said she was only willing to give me partial credit. I repeated to her how I did not want any more service from her and to please just give me at the very least a half refund. She didn't and she never contacted me again. Horrible job and horrible custimer service. I do not recommend this groomer to any dog owner.
