      I scheduled a move with vantage movers and the move got canceled and now I am not getting my deposit back.

      Thank you for reaching out! My name is *****, and I am the owner of Vantage Moving in *****, *****. We are a small, family-owned business. As the sole customer success advisor for all out-of-state moves, I coordinate and oversee all long-distance relocations for our company. Given our company's size and my direct involvement with clients, I am intimately familiar with all out-of-state clients and personally communicate with each throughout their move. Additionally, I am solely responsible for managing all deposits accepted by the company. When I noticed your name in the complaint, I did not recognize you, nor did I recall any interactions with you. A search of your name in our system yielded no results. Currently, we have only three active out-of-state moves:

      2. *************, ********** -> *********, *****
      3. *****, ***** -> ************, *******

      Our last job involving an origin or destination in ******** was completed successfully in August 2023.

      I can confidently state that we are not the company you have been dealing with and would urge you to withdraw your complaint against us, as we have had no dealings with you or your move.

      Furthermore, professional movers in the *** must have a USDOT number. For interstate moves, they must also have an MC number in addition to their state DOT number. Our numbers are USDOT: ******* and MC: *******. To identify the company you are working with, please refer to the initial paperwork they provided and use the ***** website (*****.GOV) to verify their contact details and pursue resolution of your complaint through the appropriate channels.
