I bought my daughter a 2015 *** x5. Was told that the car was one owner car, sold at this dealership and always serviced at this dealership. When I bought it, drove home, that's 7 miles, rear deferential went out that very night. Took back the very next day, Was told it was a leaky bushing, then was told a wrong part came, 3 weeks later when supposedly a right part came was told that it was indeed a rear differential. Right after that, 2 separate engine leaks and transfer case leak all in 1 month after i bought the car. There is now way the dealership didn't know about it since the car was always serviced there. Very shady. If this car was at their value lot i would have bought it as is, but if they advertise a used car that is one owner always serviced at the dealership, these problems shouldn't happen so soon. This is a consumer fraud case. You can't have all these problems after 7 miles. Dealership knew about the existing problems but never disclosed them. Shame on you Peterson ***

Bought my car brand new not even 1400miles on the *** and I've been back to the dealership 3 times now for the same problem. Chassis Code / VDP Module I bought the car Aug 31st Sep 4th went in for the 1st service and chassis code Sept 10th went back in for chassis code Sept 17th went back in for chassis code When I try to call to get updates on my car I constantly get forwarded to voicemail. I've called 5 times today between intervals of half an hour to an hour. This is my first *** and my first brand new car and the experience has been absolutely ruined. What it has done is reinforced all of the stereotypes of *** and how c*** Peterson lots are no matter if its a *** badge or a ******* badge. The only difference between *** and *********************** is a fancy pull in garage and some chairs. LITERALLY. The customer service is exactly the same so you might want to save yourself some money and get the extra long warranty.I feel like I literally threw ~$80k down the drain for a car to stare at not drive... I feel like I bought a lemon from *** that they can't fix with a reasonable amount of attempts. Now they're just camping on my car with zero eta and I'm honestly just hoping that chassis code pops up again or they take so long (30 calendar days the cars been unavailable (were at about 12 days)) so we can get the attorney and get myself on the way to getting a 2025 M2 under Idaho Lemon Law.

I had to go to the dealership for a repair for m newly used purchase of a **** *** X5 (under 100k miles). My normal auth *** repair shop could not do the repair as they did not have the tools to do so. I was referred to the dealership. I went in knowing repair was going to cost some money. I brought the assessments from my mechanic, they stated they had to do their own assessment ($295). I agreed, assessment came back, the specialists stated the codes and info was telling them what needed to be repaired, I agreed. I asked since we are doing this and my oil change was about due would that do that for me. Two plus weeks went by(partly due to parts), my vehicle came back to me the same condition (except for the oil change and parts replaced. The parts replaced did nothing. All their expertise at $195 an hr meant little. I was told after completing my oil change, my problems were due to an after market oil filter, that oil was not getting to the whole engine. I need an engine replacement. I did not understand as the vehicle runs great except for the first minute or two of starting. No other warning lights shown on dashboard, no engine noises reflecting engine problems, I paid close to $4k dollars in labor, and I get my vehicle back the same as it went in. The told me what the issue was and it wasn't. On top of that when I picked it up, the vehicle had been assessed 2 times in last five months for same issue. I have no issue paying for work to be done. But not for nothing in return. I feel I was fleeced by the company I truly enjoy of their product. To charge for experts/skill and nothing. Awful feeling. I said I would pay for parts, oil change assessment and some labor. They said nothing could be done on my bill. They charged me a $50 shop fee charge(rags&fluids) not disclosed in the $6800 quote. When I asked for mgmt - I was told what I have is the best they could do. This is why going to the dealership is frustrating.

There is a reason why it consistently loses out to the independent owned shops in town. Fraudulent, poor customer service and poor workmanship. Clearly the turnover of verified technicians and manager did a clue in why the receivers of this place are consistent. Service damaged my vehicle in repairs, had to contact *** NA regarding the issue and file a lawsuit as the lack of accountability is appalling. Furthermore the fact that the dealership would return the vehicle back to me with interior a mess with torn trim and clear smudge marks and hand prints on the parts they were working for is absurd. Have purchased both my M4 & 325ci via *** delivery and my 328i and 135i via CPO, will never give this dealership my money again. I rather order parts through another dealership and wait. The General Manager ******* and assistant manager ****** are plain out to lunch when it comes to customer service let alone running a dealership.
