    Ive been working at *************** Boutique for the past six months, and was promised 3 to 4 days a week employment. Up until last month that was my normal schedule. Last week I was told that the employer was going to hire a younger girl to replace a college student that would be leaving at the end of the summer. After looking at Idaho state law, regarding age, discrimination, and being treated disrespectfully and rudely by not only the employer, but the young college students that works there. I have chosen to quit my job due to the fact that the June schedule only has me working three days the entire month of June , two of those days are only half days. Ive been left with no choice but to seek other employment. The environment in the boutique is most toxic and unfriendly.
