      I pawned my PS4 and games to them in September of 2022. I told them at the time I could not make payments until the first of the month and they agreed at that time. The first week of October I called and paid the interest on the loan. On November 2nd I called again to be the interest on the loan. I was told that my payment would have been due on the 24th and they have 10-day grace ******* I would have been within my 10-day. When I called to pay my **** I was told that I was late and they had already put the games ****************. Initially I was told I would have to come in and look for the games myself. Then I explained that I was an hour and a half away and it was not feasible for today. I was told that I needed to make a double payment because I was late which was not our agreement. My next payment should not be due until the end of the month. I was then told that I could describe the games over the phone which I did. Unfortunately I could not remember all the games that were pawned. They found some of the games but i don't think they found them all. They said I still had to come in and pay in person and look for the items because he could get in trouble if I did not. I was also told that I could not make a payment on the console itself which they still had unless I came in and looked at the games. I'm not understanding why my games were lost and put ****************. By their own policy there were three days left before that should have happened. I feel as though there are still games that will not be returned to me. I also do not understand the double charge or why I should pay full price when they lost part of my items. They want the full amount to get it out which I feel I am forced to pay as they may lose my items before I can pay interest next month. I feel my payout price should be lower considering some of the games may still be missing and they put them **************** before they legally should have done so.
