      Boise Pest Pros (************************************) has engaged in multiple unethical and illegal business practices that directly harm consumers and competitors. Specifically:Fraudulent Use of ****** Reviews: Boise Pest Pros is displaying ****** reviews on their homepage that were originally written for another company, Crosstown Pest (*****************************), and falsely presenting them as their own customer feedback. This is a clear act of misrepresentation intended to deceive potential customers and unfairly compete in the ******************* Content Theft: The entire layout, design, text, and content structure of the Boise Pest Pros website has been directly copied from Crosstown Pest. This includes not only visual elements (colors, font, layout) but also the actual website code and written content, including full web pages like ************************************/compare, which mirrors *****************************/compare.These actions are deliberate, deceptive, and ongoing despite direct communication with the business owner, *****, informing him of the misconduct and requesting corrective action.This conduct violates fair business practices, consumer trust, and may also be in breach of federal trademark and false advertising laws (****** Act). It reflects an ongoing effort by Boise Pest Pros to profit by impersonating another established company and misleading the public.I am requesting the BBB to formally investigate this matter and hold Boise Pest Pros accountable for their actions. Additionally, I believe this behavior warrants corrective measures and a warning to protect consumers from fraudulent business representation.
