I took my dog here for a de shedding bath and a blow out and she came home shedding the same amount as before the appointment. As soon as she got home she drank a gallon of water as if she hadnt had water the entire time she was there, 11am-3pm. I called multiple different groomers to see if the amount of shedding was normal after a blow out and showed pictures and they all said I should not be able to brush her and get bags of fur right after. I understand that she will still shed but it should not be clumps of fur falling out. When we brought her in we let them know that she doesnt like her **** touch and that she will make noise when it is touched but will not bite, as I have had her for over 6 years and shes been to multiple groomers and vets and has never had a problem. When I called to see if I was able to get a refund because I felt she had not been blown out they were extremely rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain what was going on. They kept saying $80 was cheap compared to anywhere else I would take her even though I never brought up the issue of money. I was told that she kept nipping at the blow dryer so they did the best they could. I can understand it being difficult if a dog is nipping at the dryer but they should be equipped to handle all dogs that are brought in. My dog is in no way aggressive and has never bit anyone. She is a husky/ German shepherd mix, she is very vocal. Once it got towards the end of the phone call they stated the only thing they could do was have us bring her back in and show us how she was nipping and the blow dryer. I am extremely disappointed with the service that was provided and with the attitude the owner had when I was talking with her. I now have to bring my dog to another groomer to have them finish the job this place should have done.I spoke to ******* and she stated she was the owner however the owner is ***** and ******* refused to let us speak with her.
