    Prior to moving into this new (never been lived in) residence on 8/1/2022, I obtained a bid from Cloverdale Plumbing to install a dog wash. This original bid was dated 6/28/2022. When the plumber came to complete the bid, he was allowed complete access to the vacant, completed home and it was pointed out to him that there was no crawl space. I would not have purchased the property if I could not have eventually installed the dog wash. On 8/22/2023 I had an updated bid to install the dog wash from Cloverdale. A different plumber came to the home to complete this bid. This plumber was also provided complete access to the home and it was pointed out to him that there was no crawl space. This plumber stated that "houses are not built on concrete slabs in *****". I informed him that this was the second property in ***** that I have purchased on a concrete slab. Unbeknownst to me, the quote on 6/28/2022 and 8/22/2023 were both prepared as if the residence had a crawl space. When the plumber came to complete the dog wash installation, he had to acknowledge his mistake and he told me that he could not complete the work unless the concrete in my garage was torn up. After several months and multiple attempts to reach a supervisor or general manager at Cloverdale, I was finally put into contact with *********************. I was informed that ********************* is one of the owners. ********************* came out to allegedly resolve the mistake that his staff had made in incorrectly and erroneously submitting two bids. Again, these bids were completed by two separate plumbers. **** provided a third bid for a larger amount of money than the two previous bids. This bid also included work, per the statements made by **** while at my property, that would not pass code or be permited. After reviewing the bid, I attempted to reach **** via email on 2/9/2024. He has not responded to my email. I have attempted unsuccessfully to resolve this issue. Your assistance is appreciated.

    Cloverdale Plumbing takes customer service at a high priority. There was an e-mail that had been missed by one of the owners and has been since been taken care of. An e-mailed response was sent to ********* on 3/25/2024 to resolve the complaint. The desired settlement asked by ********* was offered to make things right.
