      I had both my toe nails removed 10-29-2024 at this location. In December I received a bill and it was not what was discussed at the office location. I called to get a billing adjustment about my billing dispute. I spoke to a billing representative who was very rude and short with me and she did not let me explain my issue. The only option was to offer payments to pay my incorrect bill. I requested a supervisor, instead of reporting herself and bringing on a supervisor on the line. She hung up on me. I immediately called back and asked for a billing representative to call me back, which was not completed.This company is refusing to contact me regarding my billing dispute, on the bill it states there will be interest. I am a single ****** parent who has limited income and I do not have any extra funds to pay incorrect bills. I need this rectified. ************

      Response to BBB *************************** Whom It May Concern,
      We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******* complaint. Idaho Foot & Ankle provided medical treatment to Mr. ******* and his insurance processed the claim accordingly. The remaining balance due is his deductible, as determined by his insurance provider. This amount is not a charge imposed by our office but rather a patient responsibility per his insurance plan. Regarding the second procedure, ********************* covered a portion of the cost, and no additional deductible or co-insurance was passed on to him for that service. We have made multiple attempts to contact Mr. ****** to discuss his balance, but his voicemail box is full, preventing us from leaving a message.
      Unfortunately, during our interactions, Mr. ****** was abrupt and used inappropriate language when speaking with our billing staff, despite our attempts to explain his insurance processing. While we strive to provide excellent patient care and customer service, we do not tolerate verbal abuse toward our staff. Our team works with many patients daily, and respectful communication is expected from all parties.
      Mr. ****** received medical care and benefited from our providers treatment. His balance remains due per his insurance plan. We are happy to discuss his account with him further should he choose to engage in a respectful and productive conversation.

      I am rejecting this response because: this business falsified statements that I made they are more driven by profit than customer service they were the ones that hung up on me and then lied about it they have not made numerous attempts to contact me whatsoever I received a call just a few minutes prior to writing this which no voicemail was left I have records that indicate zero attempts to be contacted despite my attempts to rectify this false balance. I can provide any records I even requested a supervisor contact me which has not happened I object to any balance that I have and I am disputing it.
