    I contacted superior pools ove the summer of 2023 to drain, clean, and fill my hot tub. I originally spoke to **** who said they would be over first thing the next day, that didnt happen. They never showed up, instead the showed up days later, unannounced, and two young men out something in the hot tub. They said they would be by the next day to empty, clean, and fill it. They never came back. I called them and complained and nothing. Then they sent a bill for $225 to someone with a different name to my house for the work. I called and complained and threaten legal action as well as to file this complaint. I got a voicemail back from a young lady apologizing, saying she would delete us from the system, and said there was no need for me to take further action. Now months later a second. **** to someone who doesnt live here for work that was never done was sent to me. That brings me to this complaint.

    Not only do I not have your name or address on my system. **** has not worked for ** since February 2023. I would like to erase this but since I do not have your name or address in our system, I also dont have how you are getting the invoices. Please email me via 

    tcook@superiorpoolsofidaho,com so that I can get this taken care of immediately. I am sorry for the miscommunication. And I hope to rectify this.
