      The whole time I lived at their apartment I was cold. I complained to maintenance multiple times and they always had some lousy excuse to say that it was in my head and it was plenty warm enough. Since moving I can see that it most definitely was not in my head. Currently my thermostat is set at 68 degrees and I have been nice and warm. At their apartment I had it set at 78 and was always freezing. Now I just want out of my lease and they want to charge me $5000

      This tenant is now out as of 03/20/2023. ****** requested early out as they were having a home built.  We offered her a lease buy out and or if she could find an approved applicant a lease take over only causing her deposit to be forfieted per her leased terms. She did a lease take over as her lease was up as of 09/30/2023 so she is complaining about the Early Termination fee if she didnt find someone.  She was assessed any extra funds as a result of letting her out of her lease six months early. 

      11/15/2022 tenant made contact about furnace not working **** dispatched Capital City HVAC.

      Furnace isnt heating properly Tenant has reported they have closed off all vents in kitchen and bathroom in hopes to get the bedrooms warmer without any success.

      11/16/2022 submitted a new work order

      Tenant reports: "Furnace is still not working. Technician came and said it was fine. But it really isnt. I had the furnace set at 78 last night and it was warm when I got into bed at 10 PM but at 5 AM it was freezing in our bedroom. My baby isnt able to sleep in his crib because he is freezing by morning time unless I am holding him to keep him warm."

      We sent Capital City went out both times and notes state everything was working as it should have been. No new work orders were submitted on the issue.
