    I have lived in my apartment for 3 years and there has been mold in my closet and bathroom the whole time. I have tried to clean it and once the maintenance person came to spray something on it. I have little children and it is very unhealthy to have this gone not taken care of.

    The mold has been addressed already, and this was the first time we had heard of any issues regarding it. The issue the tenant has not been running the fan in the bathroom to prevent any moister from building up. There were also boxes against the walls preventing the air to circulate. We have verified that the fan does work. The moisture in the bathroom appears to be strictly on the walls above the shower. We have followed protocol to killing, treating and removing the mold. Attached are the after photos.

    The current property manager has only been here 9 months or a little less. She and the maintenance guy came in and looked at it. He came back and painted it with kills and painted over it. The area is still showing future mold. I have attached a picture. I let the property manager know and she hasn't come yet to look at it but we are working on a solution. Thank you.

    I did not receive my security deposit refund within the time limit that AZ law requires within ******************************************************** law may require the landlord to pay double for the violation of time limit

    12/1/22 I gave a 30 day written notice and my last months rent.I was never contacted about a move out paperwork or owing any money.4/21/23 I was sent to collections, not knowing anything about owing the rental company any money. Now Im in collections for $2375 which the collection agency saying Im on the hook for.Again, I was not contacted from the rental company saying I owe them any money and they did not do a move out paperwork for me nor contacted me in any time stating I owe them money. They have had my phone number and email address for the last six years.

    We are quite surprised to have received a complaint from this former tenant, this person owed back rent plus late fees and the reason for the unpaid charges to be turned over to Bonneville Collections.  ****************** did not leave a forwarding address, so our correspondence was mailed to the last known address in hopes that he would have a forwarding service thru the post office.  As of today we have not received the letter as "Undeliverable" from the postal service so it is our assumption the letter made it to its destination.  ****************** talked to our move out specialist last week and he was informed of the charges.  Because ****************** claims to not have received the notice of charges, we are willing to work with the collections company to find a resolution; however the full amount would need to be paid directly to Syringa or to Bonneville.
