This is inhumane and unfair. Animals are clearly miserable. They deserve better then this. My kids were disturbed by how unhappy the environment is. Its worse then a prison for crying out loud. Send those animals to rescue and do better! Free them! This isnt educational! Its trauma and torture!

I had a horrible experience at SeaQuest. First I was sold 25 tokens ($43) to feel the animals and was only given 15 tokens. The machines (gumball machines) used to dispense the animal food didn't work. The aquarium that we paid $69.99 for my 8 year old to snorkel with the sting rays was dirty, with cloudy water and too deep for her to do, they said we couldn't get our money back even though she didn't participate in the experience. She was sobbing while ****** (a rude employee) was smirking. We paid $181+ $43 for tokens, for four adults and two children and feel like they stole our money. It's a money grab. Worst experience ever. Very unethical business. All the employees could care less about the terrible experience. I was told all sales are final as we were leaving, but I purchased the tickets from **** over the phone and wasn't told that. ****** is a piece of work, very rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She needs to be let go based on how she treated us. We were expecting an experience like at the **** but this dimly lit place with some goldfish and farm animals, isn't worth a *****. It's basically a place with a bunch of aquariums. The whole place seems very unclean. We saw two dead fish while we were there and the animals showed signs of distress as they didn't have any sunlight or space to move. Their customer service is horrible. Don't waste your money, go to the *** or the ******** (which is free.) This is filled with workers who have the best intentions (except for ******) but possibly the worst capabilities. They do not know how to handle a crowd, they barely know how to handle the animals, and the bar to work here must be so low all you have to do is show up. The smell of this place is death.

Hello, I went Sea Quest in ******** **, with my family on 07/09/2023 thinking it would be a fun place for my family and my son being autistic and he loves sea otters. the space the sea otters were in was dirty can barely see through the glass to see them the total walk through was less than 20 mins I was advised that it can take over an hour for the walk through which was a lie I spent 26 + taxes for tokens which I did not use all of them I spent $76 for interaction with the sea otters which was pointless I did complain to the front desk then I was asked if I wanted to use my tokens for another interaction so I ended up using token to do an interaction with Bengal Cats which was a waste of time the person stated that the cats were tired and did not want to do the interaction which we just sat there while this person was on there phone which i have pictures by the way. clearly the person does not like there job which I will be posting the pictures, I also spent almost $ 60 just for entry fee if had had known this was going to be like this I would have taken my money else where and gave my business to another place. i have plenty pictures to post of this place even staff on phones.

Hello , it was my daughter 2nd birthday party I paid 438 for 20 people ! When I got there my party was arranged for 5:00, we didnt get into the room till about 5:30 because the employees communicated another family took longer than expected !! Once we got in the room we were told we had to share a room (that was never told or emailed to me ) We also set up the decorations by ourselves and did the walk through alone . There was no guide , animals were barley moving and everything was closed because of the time frame we came in ! Once we were done my family and I were rushed to sing happy birthday because they closed at 7:00pm we didnt eat food or open her gift ! We had to clean up by ourselves and go ! It was a horrible experience and definitely not what they promised & promote ! And also told me theres no refunds I only could move the date .

Super scammy website. I googled ***************. The first hit is downtown ***************. But when you are done paying and check out you have tickets for Seaquest Littleton. I went to the downtown *************** and they said it happens all the time. I had already paid $8 to park, thats how convinced I was that I had *************** tickets. My daughter was crying because you need a reservation to get into the real aquarium. At least it was easy to request a refund.
