    On August 23, 2024, I purchased a subscription from Riders Ink Media for $63.07. I received a confirmation email with a confirmation code. After not receiving anything, on October 03, 2024 I emailed the company. On October 11, 2024 I received a response, asking for more information on the transaction. I emailed them a screenshot of the confirmation email I received from them. That was the last I heard from them. I emailed the company again on November 12, 2024. As of today (November 19, 2024), I still have not received a response. The money, $63.07, was withdrawn from my account on August 24, 2024. I check the status of my subscription on their website and it still says "Pending Fulfillment"I am attaching: screenshots of my emails between Riders Ink Media and I; a screenshot of my bank statement, showing the money withdrawn; and a screenshot of my order status on their web page.

    After reviewing the data provided we reviewed the Master subscription List and confirmed that the complainant's name has been on the mailing list since November issue.  Each issue is printed and closed out  60 days prior to shipment, the November issue would have been closed out August 26th then there would  have been Sept and October before he would get his first issue I can confirm with Fry Printing that he was mailed November and Decembers issue and will be mailed continuously until one year has surpassed.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I only received December issue.  Also, I have tried contacting Riders *** several times with no response.  I did receive one response requesting more information which I gave and I never heard anymore since.  If Riders *** would review the 7 pictures that I provided to BBB, that should be enough proof for my reasoning for contacting BBB on this issue.  If Riders *** would have better customer service, they should have responded to my first email concern and explain to me what was taking so long.  After reading 5-7 days processing time, I figured I'd get my subscriptions sooner.  But, still, I only received December issue and not the November issue that they are claiming.
