    I did not authorize this transaction. The date is 12/9/ 2024. I want a refund immediately and unsubscribe me from anything to do with this. $30.00 was charged to my account soon as I put the money in my account today. No telling how many people they scammed already. I will make sure everyone knows about this scam. I'm so mad rn....

    Dear BBB,

    We have been in business since 2014.

    We always give a refund when requested, no questions asked.

    In fact, we programmed our system to auto-refund the customer if they cancel within their first 7 days.

    Had this person asked for a refund, we promptly would have given it.  

    Also, we don't magically somehow get a hold of people's credit card information and use the card to buy our own products, 

    You're not in business over a decade in this arena unless your ethics are impeccable.  We certainly would not risk our entire livelihood for any amount of money, let a lone a measly 30 bucks. 

    The more likely scenario (which happens to us more than we'd like), is this person's credit card info was hacked, then used with our system to try and create commissions for themselves. 

    A while back, we had over $8,000 stolen from using this tactic.  

    Lastly, there is no record of this person ever being in our system.

    So I will need more info to find his account.

    For example, the date and time of this $30 charge, or any other info that may have been on the credit card. 

    Why is their last name not showing up anywhere in our database?  We need more info to find him.

    They even have a missing digit from their phone number making it even more difficult to resolve this.
