They are so helpful, and friendly. It is my first stop when shopping for any and all of my sewing needs. They just dont have quilting supplies, but also have apparel and home fabrics.

In October 2021, I bought an M7 Continental sewing machine from Idaho Sewing. The next summer, the clock battery failed. We went there to ask for a replacement. First they said it was a hearing aid battery and to shop elsewhere. I insisted it was not. The owner came to explain the motherboard needed to be replaced. They'd order it. It was under warranty.I called on August 12 to ask if the parts were in. She said it was a supply chain problem and (in no uncertain terms) that I was NOT to call them again, they would call me. On January 20, I called again anyway. The man said yes, the parts had arrived. I asked why I hadnt been notified, and was told they had called and never heard back from me. I asked just when that call had been made. He said he didnt know without referring to the original order. On January 21, we took the machine in so they could install the part and service the machine. I asked the woman if she could find out just when the purported phone call had been made. She went to the back and out came the owner saying he had PERSONALLY made the call. When asked when, he replied two or three months ago and would not specify. My husband asked why there was no second call. He replied it was a busy time and in the scheme of things, a clock regulator was a minor issue, wasnt it? He was angry at being questioned and gave us an ultimatum of one more word and you can take your machine elsewhere. As my husband opened the door to leave, he said because you dropped the ball. Then he ordered us to find another dealer and get out, leaving me without service or support. When I checked my telephone call log, it showed only two calls--mine to them on August 12 and mine to them on January 20. There was NO call to my number from the **********. So he called the wrong number or didnt call at all. And now Im left with an expensive machine that I cant get serviced unless I drive to ****! Im upset at being treated so and feel left high and dry on service.
