    Same company as the old Infinity Security. Horrible service with attitude, and lack of communications. You can get better service at a better rate from any other security monitoring company in town. I was told by another security company that the product this company had in my shop was so old he thought it probably didnt work. I found out how true that was when I set the alarm off on purpose to see if I would get a call from a monitoring service or if the cops would show up. Neither happened. When I reported this to Lexar, I was basically told they didnt know what happened and never tried fixing it!I paid for months for monitoring that probably wasnt actually happening!. Now Im having trouble getting him to shut the system off and give me a refund for the last few months that I know the system wasnt doing anythingof course nothing!
