    They installed our solar system almost six years ago. The inverter started displaying an error code in June (and based on the **************** was not producing in May) and I contacted them to see if they could clear the error. I had a tech (******) out in June and we communicated over the course of the next couple weeks about the issue (inverter failure, need a new one five months after the 5 year warranty expired). By the end of June he stopped communicating with me. I followed up at the end of July and he never called or texted. Beginning of August I had another tech (****) reach out to me. This was super encouraging as he was able to give me options and prices and tried to track down the same or similar inverter to the one we currently have. I expressed my gratitude as well as my frustration that it's been 2 months as we are losing the sunniest days of the year to a broken inverter. I requested that we get the new one installed ASAP and he assured me he would call me back and get it up and running within the next couple of weeks. He never called me back.Over the past month+ (it's the middle of September now) I have repeatedly texted and called ****, in addition to leaving voicemails and messages with the front desk asking for prompt response. We asked this week for a priority call back and haven't heard anything back from anyone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is beyond abysmal.

    These guys promised a system that over that span of a year would produce enough extra energy to cover the low production months. I only had four months where my solar covered my use. Im have a very energy efficient home and low normal consumption before the installation. They gave me an original system quote, then I added a 220v hot tub that nearly doubled my consumption. They didnt increase their system estimate and I foolishly trusted them. If you want a system that covers your normal consumption needs and some wiggle room then stay away from their kind friendly words. I will keep writing these anywhere their name is associated. Stay away for your own sake.
