    ******* DBA McCrae Sprinkler Repair was hired to replace the sprinkler drain to my sprinkler system in early July, 2023. He charged me $1200. When sprinklers were getting blown out for winter in late October the company (R&S Sprinklers) I hired could not isolate except at the backflow assembly. They advised there appeared to be a problem down in the drain. When I told them I had hired someone to install a new drain they said the work was done wrong. I contacted ******* who said he would be over on Monday. Monday came and went and he didnt call or text. The next morning he showed up and had already gotten into my sprinkler boxes without letting me know because when I opened my front door first thing out of his mouth was they broke your valve. I had two other companies (Toms Sprinklers and Orion Sprinklers) come out to check the problem and give me estimates for the work. Hired Orion Sprinkler's due to better price. It was determined the parts ******* had installed were subpar or even old rusted parts. A pipe they removed was a regular sprinkler pipe, not meant to be used between valve boxes. I asked for the parts, in case I might need them. Both companies who checked his work said it was impossible to turn the valve all the way. So ******* basically just fed me a line to distract from his subpar work and place blame on someone else. At one point he offered to bring a plumber with him and said if the plumber says the work is okay then I did a good job. Of course that never happened. When I contacted him again he said he was done. He has ignored my texts since then. I want him to return all or at least part of what I paid him.
