      as someone who has rented from this horrid company in ***********, ** , I totally agree with ******. ******* is the most unprofessional, uncaring place I've ever rented from. From initially trying to get out of giving me the free first month's rent they promised to their now outrageous attempts to charge me for a storage room I moved out of two weeks ago, this company will do ANYTHING to get more money from you. Even when I presented PROOF of insurance to them, they refused to accept it until I had my insurance agent call them personally. And despite the fact I gave them 30 days' notice of removing my belongings and sent them a picture of the empty, undamaged room, THEY STILL SENT ME AN PAYMENT REQUEST FOR SEPTEMBER 2024 which is why I have now filed a BBB complaint against them WARNING to potential customers: DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! AND IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME, JUST READ THE RATINGS WHICH FOLLOW. JUST TOO BAD I HAVE TO GIVE THEM A ONE RATING. THEY DESERVE LESS.

      It appears that you have reviewed the wrong company.  This Stor-It Self Storage is ***** based, and only has locations in ******  While there may be a Stor-It (or similar name) in ************, it is not us!  We would kindly appreciate this review be removed from our listing.

      Only getting a start because I have to go leave this review. I wish I could leave negative 10 starts WORST PEOPLE EVER at the *********** location. That property manager is a bully and doesn't practice the same rules with everyone. Very rude aggressive just a real ********************* is. When he tried sneaking up on me the other day to tell me ******** I wanted to just laugh at half the things he was saying.. after his little bully ambush I decided right then that I was leaving that place. I'm not going to let some POS punk me out when HALF THE OTHER renters are doing the EXACT SAME THING, when I got there to get my stuff he came blazing down the row and told me to get off his property. Hes a punk who should not be a manager. Definitely needs to work on his people skills and take some anger management class. Punk

      Our storage units are for storage purposes only.  They are not a place to live or hang out.  For the safety of all our customers, their belongings, and our property we have zero tolerance for those who violate the Use and Occupancy terms.  This individual also ignored several No Smoking signs, and again risked damage when it is 100+ degrees.  We are confident anyone reading this review will be pleased that we take measures to ensure our customers have a safe and pleasant experience with Stor-It Self Storage.

      Awful company. I wish there was a negative -10 for a rating. We have had two storage locations in ***** and have paid consistently on time for two and half years. We were traveling in ************** this month and I missed paying on time. They charged us 20% late fee for each unit. When I called the manager, she was completely uninterested in customer service. This is an horrible, evil corporation that is greedy and does not care at all about customer service. We will be changing our ********************** to another location as soon as we get back to *****. Do not use them. Stay away from this corporation. We as consumers have a choice and we need to exercise it.
