I cancelled everything with this company over a year ago. I never got anything from them. They still charge me $19.99 each month. Ive sent numerous emails as theres no number to call. When you try to find them online anymore it says they cant be found. A charge just hit my acct again today. They are a ripoff company with no morals. I want it stopped and ALL my money back ASAP.

I had in the past ordered items from X Prepper. I had shortly after that canceled my subscription with them. This has been over two years ago. I have not had anything to do from them since. February I was billed on two debit cards from them. I have not ordered anything from them or had any contact with them. I have tried numerous times this mont to contact them to no avail. I left voicemail and of course no response from them. Im tired of being ripped off. I just want my money put back on my cards and to be left alone and never charged from them again. Im a disabled veteran so I need to watch my money. Do they think that I dont look at my bank statements ?

I have tried to cancel since 9-8-23 and have not received anything from them yet. I'm not getting any emails and besides the letter of expiration date I have received nothing. I'm getting charged $19.95 a month for what? I haven't received anything for my money. I want the payment stopped.

    Hello ******,

Thanks for the message. No problem, I've gone ahead and cancelled your subscription.

To clear up any confusion, the survival gear you paid shipping for included a 14-day free trial of The XPrepper Alliance as described:
    1) on the page where you entered your shipping address
    2) on the checkout page
    3) on the insert that comes with the gear
    4) at the bottom of each monthly email, which would then rebill for ***** unless cancelled first.

Hence, the charge on your card.

Right above the green checkout button, it also said, "By clicking below, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age and agree to the terms as stated on this page."

Then, right below the checkout button, it said, "Terms: You must be 18 or older to claim this gear pack. The bearer of these tools accepts all responsibility for their use or misuse. Offer only available and shipped to residents of *************. Limit one free gear pack per household. By claiming this offer, you agree to a 14-day free trial of The XPrepper Alliance (cancel anytime). If you love the alliance, do nothing and you'll be billed the normal dues of $***** per month after your trial ends. Every month after each payment, you will receive dozens of expert survival guides and tutorials sent to you via email. You may cancel anytime and keep everything you get, no strings attached."

The normal dues of $***** per month after your trial ends is for exclusive access to dozens of video and PDF expert survival guides and tutorials sent to you via email. You may cancel anytime and keep everything you get, no strings attached.  Every month after each payment is access to new guides and tutorials for new topics. We do not send out physical gear each month.

    Hope this helps,
