    Buyer BEWARE! - - - This company is not what it used to be apparently. We purchased this software a full year ago & still haven't been provided with the live version to begin recording new data. They converted some of our data for two years prior & then we hit a wall. A month ago I was provided with a conversion plan when I let the sales associate know that I was upset about how long this is taking & it has expired yet we have no update as to where we are now. Today I have been trying new avenues to reach someone in ***************** of the phone numbers are working or actually reaching employees. I feel we have been duped & we would like our money back...but I can't even get in touch with anyone besides the sales associate. I have asked for a manager or higher up and am not being provided with any avenue to let anyone know what is going on besides the conversion ************ associate.
