Make sure that everything that needs to be done is spelled out in the bid. The outside edge of my shower door that is inside the shower was not cleaned. Neither was the inside of the glass fixed front of the shower. The mineral deposits were not cleaned off of the magnetic strip on the door. There is still black stuff on some of the grout low in a back corner. The metal edge on the bottom of the door was not cleaned.

I'm sorry that you had this experience. Per our conversation a Tech will be out next week to remedy the issues.

I was very impressed with the grout ***** from the beginning to the end. They came in for an estimate and were prompt, warm and friendly. I am truly amazed at the work they did. It just took them a few hours and my bathrooms Look brand new! I cant believe the tile is actually White not brown! They did an amazing job, and I would use them again as I was thrilled with their work. Thank you grout *****!Groutsmith
