    ***** did an amazing job! The countertops turned out amazing! He was very polite, professional and clean. I look forward to doing a bathroom next and encourage friends and family to try them out!

    May ***** I contacted Refinish First in Boise to get a bid on refinishing the floor in may walk-in shower. The installation was scheduled for 25th. The installer came and did a beautiful job and I paid by credit card on the the day of completion $450.00. I had ordered a no-slip floor. The next day when I went to take my shower the floor was extremely slick and unsafe. I tried it a couple of more time and no change. I had to wear socks to keep from falling. I contacted David and explained the problem and in a couple of weeks the installer came back and redid the floor. Next time I wen into the the shower the floor was still unsafe for me to use. I called back and eventually after many voice mails, and e-mails I was able to make contact with David who explained there is an coating on the floor to make it easier to keep clean but he would send somebody out to fix it for me so I would feel safe. That was supposed to finally happen July 8 (no show) and again July 15th and still no show. I am 78 years old I am disabled with 2 artificial knees and very little use of my shoulders. I live alone and would be unable to get up should I fall. I would be extremely happy it Refinish First - Boise would come and take care of the problem and I am hoping you might be able to help me with this.Sincerely, *********************** .
