    I had a ****************************** done on my rig on 01/04/2023. I checked the transmission fluid prior to taking my rig in. It was clean and clear but lighter than normal. Within days of having the Safeguard done, my rig at times was shuddering and was unable to maintain power at low speeds.Approximately two weeks and 2K miles later on 01/18/2023 my rig completely powered off while at a stop light 3 miles from my home. The vehicle did start back up. I checked the transmission fluid once home. It was dirty and looked like metal shavings in the fluid. Its been parked ever since.I called the ***** AAMCO ON STATE STREET on 01/26/2023 and asked what they put into my transmission. He proceeded to tell me to get an attorney to talk to his attorney and hung up. This location refuses to hold accountable for their faulty services.I attached photos of the dirty transmission oil AAMCO ON STATE STREET put in my rig.I would like a refund or they can pay another shop directly to have the service done correctly.
