      --- Reserved rental tux on 3-11-24, canceled reservation on 4-2-24 via message left on machine. I called back 4-3-24 to ensure they received cancellation. I called seven times total between the two numbers on the receipt, leaving message to return my call. On last call someone finally picked up & confirmed cancellation and I was told they would keep $50 of the $210.78 paid and refund the remaining balance.--- Due to health issues, did not look at my credit card statements until 10-1-24. I looked at all back statements from time refund acknowledgement made & there was no refund for $160.78. On 10-1-24 I called both numbers on my receipt two times on one number, one time on the other number. Left message to please call since I had not received refund from April. No return call. --- I called back on 10-4-24 and left another message. At 11:********** **** called me to say she received my message. We went over the situation. She said she needed to go over to ******** location to get paperwork and would call me back for my card number and do the refund. I did not hear back. I called back 10-14-24 & left another message for **** to return my call or I would have to file a complaint. No response to date. During additional review of statements, I found charge to credit card for $13.73 on 4-26-24 from Boise Tuxedo Shop. I had not made any purchase with them so unsure how my card # was charged. I did find a refund from them for $13.73 on 5-17-24 statement, which I told **** about on 10-4-24. Since I didnt know about unauthorized charge 4-26-24 at the time, told **** to reduce fund amount by $13.73 - I thought the wrong amount was initially refunded so they just needed to send me the remaining amount. Not the case at all once found the 4-26-24 charge. I want them to refund $160.78 that they said they would refund, since they were keeping $50 (this was not disclosed when renting so I was not happy with). If I cannot get assistance from BBB, will file small claims.
