      On 3/30/2022, my Mom Furaha went to ********* Sales LLC on ************************************ to purchase a vehicle. My mom got there and she was there with Mr **** that knows Alaa, they saw the car, they liked it and they tested it, while they were driving, a sign came up on the car, and Ala said don't worry that's a small thing I will fix it right now by the time you guys come back from the bank to see if you are approved the car should be good to go. Furaha went to the bank to see if Sh would be able to finance the car; she was approved and financed an amount of $7,950. Took the check to Alaa, they both signed where they needed to. When Furaha asked for the car, Alaa said, "It looks like it might take me a little longer. I have to order the item, and I should get it to you by the end of the day tomorrow". Furaha said Okay, I can come get it tomorrow. Just let me know. Everything else after that until today the 4/17/2025 Furaha has never driven that car again, Alaa still have it andFuraha has been paying the bank for this car they even raised her monlty payment because of insurance, we have sit down with ICCU ( the bank that she have the loan on) to see if the is anything they can help, because we told them we don't have the car ever since she purchased it, we have tried communicating with Alaa multiple times it got to a point where We just stoped. The bank said they can't take the car even though it belongs to them, and they suggested we come report to you guys. You are our last hope. It has been 3 years. Furaha is paying for this car and is being charged even more because of insurance, she cannot put this car on insurance because she does not have the vehicle. We please beg if the is anything anyone can do to help Furaha get refunded for the money she has lost. This will be helpful. If you guys have any questions, please reach out to me directly. The car was a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze with ****** ODO.
