    I spent over 20K on windows for a new house construction. Windows were delivered on time and order was complete. After installation we noticed a that the seals on the sliding doors are defective. Th trim was not installed properly and the screen door will not operate without catching the trim. I called and asked what the process is for getting this repaired. I was told to take pictures and email into the office. I waited a few weeks and no response. I called in and the owner came to my house and also took pictures and asked for additional information. I sent **** the requested information and he said they would take care of this. Long story short after 4 months and numerous phone calls nothing has been resolved. **** the owner will not return my calls. I now have a unusable sliding window. The owner of Bonners Ferry Glass will not take care of the customer after the sale. Very disappointed and I will let every one I know not to use ****** Ferry Glass.

    My go-to folks for anything glass or doo related... even my **** Explorer windshield and several family photos that needed non-glare glass... my antique-looking but digital door locks (a Godsend)... all but maybe 1 window in my house needed replacing, so ****'s guys have done that... *****, affordable, ****************** Give them a call and/or go visit to see their wide variety of products... you WILL find great products that fit **********!***** in Bonners ??
