  We had an impromptu wedding for our daughter in November of 2023. Willstyle Rental ** went above and beyond to help us prepare for the special day. They spent countless hours stringing up twinkle lights, setting up chairs and table and placing just the perfect pieces on the tables. They helped us from the setting up everything and making sure no detail was overlooked, to taking down everything at the end of the night. The building we used was transformed from an old bowling alley into a beautiful wedding venue. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Thank you Willstyle Rental ** for helping make our daughters special day perfect.

  ******** and her husband built their company on customer service and dedication to their clients. As the owner of my own company with the same way of doing business and even though Willstyle in some cases is a competitor, my wife and I enjoy being friends with this business power couple that operates with the same business values that we have held so close for well over 30 years. Remember, ****************** is not as easy as people think, but a true professional will make it look easy without ever letting your guests know what really happens "behind the curtain".

  This company was hired to be the wedding coordinator for my daughters wedding, with full service for the day, along with renting a few items. No wedding coordination happened, and they ended up being the bartenders instead of having staff, which is a conflict of interest. Do not allow them to run the bar, have a tip jar or be in charge of a honeymoon fund. Money ended up missing. They are a rental company only, not a full service provider.

  Thanks for your review and I am sorry you feel your experience was less than desirable. We would also like to state it is not a breach of contract to not hire out "staffing" we own and run the company, we have no obligation to hire out anyone for any reason. I would like to state you knew we were the bartenders, we NEVER once stated there were bartenders going to be hired out. We received many compliments the night of the event, so I am sorry you feel the way you do. We do not appreciate being accused of "theft" that is not in our character. There is no logic or "math" that goes behind a tip jar or a donation fund. We cannot legally charge alcohol and you knew this as well, so whatever was in the honeymoon donation box was from people donating for the liquor being drank at your event. I cannot make people pay for anything. There was a lot of people intoxicated at your event. There were people "free pouring" WAY before we ever arrived, that is not our place to tell them no.  There are many issues arising with your pending situation. We 100% know we showed up and performed as we should have, you also have to be willing to let us do our job, step back and allow us to do so, which you did not. We did NOT ask anyone from your party for help, in fact we insisted to several of your family and friends that we could handle the decorating and getting thing's together on our own, which they continued to offer their help. I am not going to yell at a person and say no sorry you cannot help or touch something... that is not my job. It is not our fault you chose NOT to pay your invoice and we will see you in court to settle the dispute and put this to rest. Again, I have apologized multiples times for how you feel and I will not allow you or others to defame our company or our integrity. You received our lawyers letter and our demand, how you choose to go about this is your choice. These accusations you have made against us is personal and they are highly out of line! There will be no more responses from our company. See you in Court.
