      took my 2018 gmc terrain in for a transmission leak repair. After 4 weeks i got my vehicle back. i didn't even leave the parking lot and there was a loud noise coming out of the vehicle contacted them immediately and they said they couldn't get it back in for 2 weeks. in the last 2 months and them having it several times in the shop a total of three weeks they finally told me it was the transmission mount that was broken . i was very discourged after the orginal repair they let me leave with a serious problem i knew there was somthing seriously wrong after driving it 10 feet! and the original problem was a transmission leak not a mount . after three months i have been told there is nothing they can do for me .. they have been very unresponsive to phone calls answering phone calls saying there is nothing they will do. and they never said anything and they had to know there was a problem but they let me take my car. car went in for a transmission leak not a mount. finally was told not their problem. i have been three months without a drivable vehicle. to get told not their problem!!!!!
