    I let these guys put new speakers in my car and my sound system went completely out after about a week. I took my car in thinking they would look at it and correct the problem. they have told me twice already that I have to make a appointment. My system has been down for a month and I never know what my off days are at work. Im not understanding as a paid in full customer, why my vehicle is not a priority. My next move will be to report them to the bbb. Im not going to be nipped out of money and now I have no system at all. Its probably a 5 minute correction but they have made it a unknown resolution because I cant just take a day off from work for a 5 minute correction
