    Date of transaction: March 6, 2025 All American Carpet Cleaning came to clean our rugs and chairs. They took the rugs and rug pads to their business to clean them. They did not return the carpet pads to 5 area rugs and I want them back. I have called repeatedly about them returning the pads. They say they will return them "today" each time, but they haven't done that. I want my carpet pads returned immediately."

    We apologize about the delay. According to our records it has been 2 days since you reached out to us and notified us that your pads were missing. I did reach out to the team and they said they messaged you and let you know that they will be back tomorrow (the 14th of march). I hope this gets to you quickly. They will be dropped off in the morning. Thank you!
