    In response to *********'s allegations, there are a few details she had left out in her complaint, all of which work in her convenience. On the day that her brother-in-law dropped off the two slabs at our shop, he personally cut off a broken section of the first slab which was about a third of the slab length-wise. With that being said, it made it impossible for her cooktop area to be in one piece. Secondly, it is physically impossible for that to be installed in one piece because of the walls and panels surrounding where the piece was wanted. There is a panel on the left, wall to the back and right, and another panel on a fifty inch return on the right side. No one ever told her it was ever going to be in one piece because again, it was physically impossible to fit and her material didn't allow for it because the material brought was a broken slab. We did everything we could to make her happy, including buying her two new slabs from another provider. We also reached out to MSI in ****************** and they let us know that the entire bundle where her material came from was broken, which led us to believe the second was also damaged but had gone unnoticed. Our biggest mistake was continuing to take the job after the first slab was broken.


    Despite multiple attempts to diffuse the situation, including offering to let go of her unpaid balance, she continued to ask for more from us and now filed this complaint. We are not a large company, we are a small business and we simply can't afford to continue trying to appease her.
