Was so excited to get a mobile groomer! My enthusiasm didnt last long as it is the worse cut my dog has ever been given. It was not anything that I asked for and was so uneven I have to take him to another Professional groomer to fix. When contacted she just said too bad, your husband took him. This is a mobile groomer, she took him to door and my husband took the dog. That doesnt relieve them from doing a professional job! Never offered to come fix.

This is false, after returning the dog the husband stated you guys did a great job after asking if they are pleased with the service due to the haircut being exactly what was asked of the dog owner. Which is why the price would not be adjusted.

The pet owner also didnt take the dog to another groomer to be fixed all of us groomers communicate in a group to prevent us small businesses from being taken advantage of from irresponsible pet owners.

The dog was given a professional haircut and this client has refused to pay for services offered which is theft of services.

It has came to our attention we arent the only small business this dog owner has taken advantage of. There are several other local groomers in the area where the owners have canceled last minute due to the price being to high, or unable to please. There were no issues with the service provided until the owner knew the total amount due. The other local businesses are willing to testify as some have also been taken advantage of without receiving payment.

The dog owner was told payment is due at time of service, unfortunately the husband asked if there were any way we could send an invoice.
