  I am so grateful a friend referred Hoppes LLC to me for my bathroom remodel. We have a 50 year old house that needed the existing shower walls, pan, main floor and baseboards demo'd and new tile put in throughout, plus a custom size shower pan built as everything was an odd size in my old bathroom. From my initial call, throughout the project, the communication was excellent and **** understood what I wanted to do, and was 100 percent on board bringing my vision to life. I was a little nervous about ripping apart the house, and had talked with a few other installers previously, when **** was recommended to me. The tiled bathroom turned out exceptional!! I have worked in the tile industry so I am particular about **************** and the installation is absolutely top quality! Hoppes LLC also knows what they are doing as far as shower pan installation and waterproofing systems go, and I know the job was done right!She also helped me pick the perfect edging, grout color, and took the time to lay out the marble-look veins of my tile so that it all flows beautifully for a high end look. I am so happy with how it turned out and I will be recommending Hoppes LLC to all my friends and family too. I also want to add that they went above and beyond to complete the project on schedule, left the job site immaculate, and lots of little kind and considerate extras while working in our home. If you are considering a remodel, definitely give Hoppes LLC a call.

  Remodels can definitely be a stressful thing for many clients! 

  Finding a contractor like me, who will listen to the wants and needs of a client, taking the time to make sure everything is demo'd flawlessly, prepped properly, laid out perfectly and finished out with attention to detail is not easy.

  **** was brought on to help us with a bathroom remodel after we incurred a partial basement flooding. From the get go, Dawn's communication, organization, and follow through were outstanding. She helped us understand what to expect, talked us through our questions, and went above and beyond finding solutions to problems that came up along the way (and there were some real challenges). We are so happy with the final product and we would use her again without hesitation.

  Thank you doesn't go far enough. The Hoppes LLC focus, quality and work ethic have been a refreshing addition to our remodel. By far the most thorough and professional installation of any subcontractor we've utilized. Her installation exceeded our expectations with two difficult tile jobs. We look at the work she's done and find ourselves smiling because it looks so impressive!

  **** and her team are reliable, very hardworking, and pay attention to detail. They just finished repairs in my bathroom and laid new tile on the floor and shower. The tile work is just stellar! **** has excellent communication skills and stayed in touch regularly to ask any questions and inform me of their schedule. She's also very knowledgeable and is able to offer suggestions. I'm truly impressed with her and her team and would highly recommend them for any jobs.I wouldn't hesitate to contact her to do any further work I might need. Just amazing!**************
