    I purchased a portable rock crusher from *********************** of Patriot Mining and Equipment on July 19, 2021. It took several months before he shipped it due to not being able to find a motor. It was to be shipped to my home address. A person by the name of ********************* called ****** and had the crusher shipped to his house instead without my knowledge. I kept questioning ****** as to where the crusher was and he became quite irritated. I finally located my crusher and demanded it back from ****. When it was returned to me, it was damaged, re-wired, and unsafe. ****** even asked if a tractor ran over it when I sent him pictures of it. ****** said he would fix it and happened to have a friend traveling from St. ********************* to ***** and drove it back for me to save shipping costs. I have been messaging ****** every few months over the past year on the status of the crusher and he keeps responding that he is working on a mine out of town and not working on crushers at the moment. He keeps delaying the date when he says he would return. Not only did ****** allow someone other than myself to change the shipping address of something I bought, he is not responsive anymore. The crusher cost $3,620 and I have asked for my money back. I am at a loss now and just want my money back.
