    on 05/18/2023 I purchased a 2014 **** Focus from ABC Auto clinic at ******************************************************. I took the vehicle for a test drive and the informed the dealer that the car was slowing down when I was accelerating, and he informed me that the car sat during winter and that it was completely normal for that to happen. I believed him not knowing much about cars as a young female and we proceeded with the sale. After the sale was complete and I was about to start the car, it was not turning over. He informed me that it was a bad battery and replace it. the car drove fine for 2 days and proceeded to to what it had done before, which was slowed down during acceleration. i took the vehicle back to the dealership and he informed me again that the vehicle was fine and nothing was wrong with it. he told me to bring the car in on 5/29/23 so he could inspect it, and again said the vehivle was ok. after visiting with him for half an hour I proceeded to pick up my daughter from daycare 5 miles down the road from the dealership and the car stalled and would not go into reverse.. I called the dealership but there was no answer. I am deciding to pursue legal action against the dealership, or willing to do an exchange on the vehicle.
