    On October 12th 2021 I contacted ***** to have him reseal and crack fill my driveway his two guys showed up did a good job and said there was a 3-year warranty in June of 2022 I called ***** up and said The driveway was starting to break up he told me he would be down on a Thursday I told him I was not off but he said he'd come down and look at it did not hear back from him called him in September and informed me that he would be down to look at it again still did not get a reply tried calling him again today March 30th 2023 and the phone is not set up for voicemail any longer and the driveway is still coming apart

    I had my guys stop by last year to touch it up driveway is falling apart ************ clear that seal coat wasnt gonna fix that was just gonna make it last a couple more years which it has Im not up in ***** at the moment since its ******************************** summer

    I am rejecting this response because: I do not accept this response because I told them before they did the work that I was told by a friend a Sealcoat would not work I seen *****'s crew doing a customer of mine's driveway and they gave me a number to call him so I did he had quoted me $1,200 and gave me a 3-year warranty and said nothing about it not working he was happy just to get the job why would he give me a 3-year warranty if it was going to fall apart again Within 2 years

    ******* coated this driveway the asphalt that is falling apart is gonna keep falling apart there are no patches and no new black top the seal coat will hold it together to the best of its ability theres nothing more we can do we did stop by last year and check it out and applied more crack filler we cant install new asphalt for driveways

    I am rejecting this response because: I have a receipt here from PNC Blacktop through *********************** that shows I paid him $1,200 with a three year warranty he tries to say that he has informed me that there it would not last he never said a thing why would he write 3-year warranty on his receipt if he wasn't going to be good for it and why would I give someone $1,200 for something that would last just a little over a year thank you
