      My actual score is ZERO! Endless billing errors. Overcharged by 100's of dollars throughout my most recent implant procedure. Loss of feeling in lower lip and jaw, that after 1.5 years, one can only assume is permanent. I should have a specialist look into it for possible malpractice. The lack of communication, rude, inconsiderate and incompetent employees make this company intolerable and dangerous to the public. I was lied to over and over about many issues, company policies and that the feeling in my face would return. It has not. They sneak expensive items (toothbrush that you can buy elsewhere for 1/2 the cost) onto your plan w/o your knowledge and NEVER provide a full itemized list of your procedures. Then just today, after nearly a year from being in their office and after having a regional manager involved to close out this account when the crown of my implant was installed and assured me everything was correct, they sent another bill for over $2,000.00. I called customer service today and was told I have 2 accounts...and 1 of them has a CREDIT. I called local office and was told they don't have any balance due on my account. To say the very least, I would avoid this company like the plague. They are completely incompetent in billing and more importantly, the actual procedures. They constantly overbook themselves and have you wait for your scheduled appointment that was booked months prior. Yet if you show up 10 minutes late, the attitude you'll get will be second to none. Our worthless government should shut this place down pronto!

      The dental hygienist at ************** on ************************************** for the second time was extremely rude to me. She was haughty and condescending. She, verbatim, told me " You should take a picture of the toothbrush you said you bought because I would like to see that you actually do have it." She implied I did not brush my teeth or floss and was ****** passive aggressive. She acted flustered as well, as if she was over worked and they were understaffed. Last time I was there, there was the same passive aggressive rudeness with the hygienist. She also, without my permission ordered me a expensive toothbrush and other services I did not want. I now am jumping through hoops to cancel and stop billing issues. I am never going to Aspen again. They are crooks and far from ethical.
