    The date of the transaction is 6/7/24 at 8:30 pm at the Burger King on ***************** in *******************. After ordering and then paying I was asked to pull out of the drive through and wait in the parking lot as the part of my order was apparently taking longer to cook. Now, thats fine. I didnt want even really wait very long. The problem is, there was an item missing, which was the chicken nuggets. Its not totally a big deal and honestly probably 7/10 times there something missing on the order. People dont like to have to drive back and pick something up that was forgotten also theres another thing probably 4-5/10 the fries are barely even warm and so the combination of the missing food and basically cold fries, the restaurant should be paying their customers to eat that not the other way around. Id like to add that I not only want a refund but I want my order compd. The whole thing. Too many times I have made no complaints and no review. But my review will be coming. No one should give this Burger King business but from the reviews that Ive seen from across the globe Burger King has s*** review even on the other side of the US Also I was given a proper receipt just a ticket order

We do have a phone line and surveys for you to be able to contact us directly if you have an issue with our food or service. We have no problem refunding that order for you or replacing it. :) I want all my customers to leave happy and hate to hear of these things happening. The more I know the more we can strive to fix the issues you've been facing and build a better tomorrow in our store.
