    My wife and I ordered a new sofa and love seat last July and specifically requested black cup holders for the love seat console and were assured that was not an issue. The furniture was delivered just before Thanksgiving (as expected). Unfortunately, the cup holders were ugly chrome. The issue was promptly reported to the delivery manager by the delivery team and to our sales representative by us. I need to state that all of our experience with the sales representative and delivery teams was excellent.Ultimately, the owner, *** Koerner, refused to correct the cup holder situation even though the replacement cup holders cost only $12. Thankfully, the sales manager did authorize a full refund for the set. If the ownership will not pay $12 to correct their mistake, what is the chance they will stand behind their product when something else goes wrong. I guess *** would rather try to sell $6,000 in used furniture (or maybe he tried to pass it off as new) than purchase a $12 cup holder set. Makes absolutely no sense...but as we have told our story to our friends, neighbors, and coworkers, we have learned that "*** as always been like that!" CAVEAT EMPTOR!We returned the furniture and bought at another local family owned store. Our new furniture is also made in the ***, has a much longer warranty than ********* and cost much less.
