      This company targets and scams elderly people. Don't trust them.

      I received my hearing aids in February 2025 and could not be more pleased with the in-home service that included three visits after receipt of aides and prompt attention to any problems or concerns I may have had. Recently I was in need of a slight adjustment which was taken care of two days after my call (all visits at no charge), and have been told to call any time for any reason. The service is excellent and the aides are very small and not visible to others.I also received a charger, cleaning supplies and helpful literature. The Excel representatives are very knowledgeable, helpful and truly patient. I would definitely recommend Excel to anyone needing hearing aides! Their service far exceeds that of other companies. I am so happy with my aides!
