  **** and ***** built our house and we could not be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with them. Th ey offered many valuable suggestions that turned out to be beneficial. The end result was over the top. We have recommended many of our friends to Monarch and many have contracted with them to build their dream home.

  Monarch is a fantastic builder in ***********. We decided to go with them, rather than the other premier customer builders in the area, because of their dedication to doing things above and beyond that are involved in a typical client contractor relationship. We decided to sell our home out of state during Covid and begin the building process, and then lumber prices spiked. Monarch was patient with us until the right time came to build. We also ran into some unforeseen issues with the water board ( water approval) and locating the connection point on our property. ***** ( Owner) and **** the superintendent on the build stepped up and resolved the issue swiftly. Actually, **** told the county where to dig to find the connection point, saving us a lot of money, as the county would have charged us for any damage to the road. We love our home, the attention to detail is immense. I have never seen cabinet work and tile work to this perfection anywhere. The subs they use aren't cheap, but they are the best in the trade. Monarch also highly recommends participating in three milestone walkthroughs. A few ideas came up on our framing walk through and simple changes were made to make the plan even better. Lastly, our home is cool in the summer and warm in the winter with very efficient heating and cooling, and insulated extremely well. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Monarch for your custom home build.

  Theres very few experiences that compare to building a new home. Our experience with Monarch Custom homes was professional with both the *************** Their follow-thru and their commitment to their word is praiseworthy and something not often found today. They were not only there to walk with us through every aspect of the building process but were there after we closed to answer questions & help with whatever we needed. This speaks to their integrity and caring heart. Fabulous builder and people! Id recommend ******************** to be your next builder.

  We hired Monarch to build our dream home and shop that was designed by ********************* upon my direct input on a 1/2 acre lot that we purchased the year before. Monarch prepared all the bids during the time when lumber costs started to decline, then Covid hit as well making things very complicated at first. Even though times were very challenging, they managed to get the project started by getting all of the permits, and overall it took them one year from breaking ground to delivery, under the close supervision of **** during the initial steps, foundations, framing, roofing, exterior and interior finish. Then ***** managed all the rest, from flooring, bathroom finishes, painting, cabinet, appliances, lighting installation. The office staff was also extremely supporting, with the full supervision of *****, since I was out of state and managed to show up at the site every couple of months to see the progress, and to approve the main steps and milestones. Monarch partnered with great vendors and trades (framers, electrician, plumber, HVAC, painter, roofer, outside siding, sheetrock finishing, trim *********, floor and tile installers, cabinet makers, quartz countertop makers, shower glass, landscaper, metal welding, appliances, windows and doors, and many more) that provided such a great quality work in record time. Monarch even arranged for me to partner up with a great financial institution to obtain a construction loan. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the outcome from start to finish and made the building process from far away actually very smooth and pleasant with great communication throughout the entire time from planning to the actual build, and also making sure everything was to our satisfaction after the formal delivery, with frequent follow-up. Our home is definitely a one-of-a-kind fully custom-built beauty, with all the amenities we ever wanted, at a very reasonable price, in a wonderful neighborhood.

  Monarch took alot of time to go through the process of building a new home for us. We expected the process to be faster. However the end product is awesome and I would choose them again.

  We started working with **** a couple years ago and finally purchased the property, working with him and architect on drawing our home blueprints. This took way longer that it should of taken but we were very patient. Then the plans were finished and we were ready to meet with Monarch to select the products and materials and they were to give us a price. They were also suppose to pull a permit for us. Well This did NOT HAPPEN!!! When it came to our appointment to come in to do all of the above our appointment was cancelled and we were not given a reason but we could tell by the girls voice on the phone someone was feeding us B.S.. She said I cant schedule you ***** will call you later and talk to you. So a few weeks later ***** called us and said **** is causing problems and he is no longer with the company. She would NOT BE ABLE TO BUILD OURNEW HOME EITHER BECAUSE NOONE TO BUILD IT! WOW talk about a breach of contract that is a breech of contract. We were NEVER even given money back on the unfulfilled contract. My husband went into the office to pick up some custom home plans they had of ours and they threw them in the trash!!!! No notice nothing!!! They have dropped several people we know in the same rude way. I have noticed they are building some homes but were threatened legally. ***** has taken her anger out on the customers. We feel this is very unethical and Monarch OWES US MONEY ON THE CONTRACT THEY DID NOT COMPLETE! We wasted 2 years of time we could of already had a house built. ***** also talks to her existing customers very rude and its in unwarranted. Very poor communication with her customers.

  Thank you for your feedback ******. I sincerely apologize for the disappointing experience you had with us at Monarch Custom Homes. We were really disappointed that we were unable to move forward with building your home. Unfortunately in December of 2021, **** took an unexpected permanent leave from the business due to health issues and as a result we were unable to move forward bidding your project within a reasonable amount of time. It was my intention in our correspondence in January, 2022 to offer you other suggestions to help you achieve your goal of starting to build right away as I knew we would not be able to meet those expectations. I apologize that you felt you were not valued or treated fairly, as we value every person we interact with and try to achieve that by being upfront and honest.We have reached out to you a few times and most recently via email on January 16, 2023 and attached detailed cost reports for items we paid on your behalf associated with providing you a full construction-ready set of plans. We are more than happy to talk with you more about that if you'd like. Again, please accept our apologies and let us know if there is anything we can do on behalf of Monarch to help put you at ease in regard to your experience with us.
